Role Description:
Designs and builds the API-led MuleSoft Anypoint integrations connecting Salesforce to AWS Connect, Treasury CAIA/SailPoint IAM, Microsoft Dynamics, NetCRM, Pay.gov, and the Debit Gateway for onboarding, leading the technical design of the reusable three-tiered (System/Process/Experience) API architecture.
Responsibilities:
· Design and build API-led integrations (System/Process/Experience APIs) on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform connecting Salesforce to AWS Connect, Treasury CAIA/SailPoint IAM, Microsoft Dynamics, NetCRM, Pay.gov, and the Debit Gateway
· Develop DataWeave transformation logic for data migration and real-time integration flows
· Implement MuleSoft Batch Processing with controlled chunking and concurrency limits for high-volume legacy data extraction
· Enforce API contracts and data-quality standards at integration entry points; manage integration security policies
· Lead technical design of the reusable three-tiered API-led architecture and mentor integration developers. Support System Integration Testing (SIT) for AWS Connect CTI, CAIA SSO, and legacy system API integrations"
