A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an AWS Integration Lead.

Position Type: W2 Contract
Duration: 3+ Months
Location: Hybrid in Ewing Township, NJ

As an AWS Integration Lead, you will:

We are seeking an experienced AWS Integration Lead to provide L1/L2 production support for a critical AWS-based integration platform connecting Salesforce/WME with external vendor systems.
This role will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting both real-time API integrations and scheduled batch/file-based integrations while ensuring service availability and adherence to SLAs.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Monitor and support AWS-based integration services including APIs and batch processes.
Continuously track integration health using AWS CloudWatch, Step Functions, and related monitoring tools.
Investigate, triage, and resolve production incidents within established SLAs.
Troubleshoot API-related issues including authentication failures, authorization errors, payload validation issues, and timeout exceptions.
Analyze CloudWatch Logs Insights and system logs to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have: AWS CloudWatch, AWS Step Functions, AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway, REST API Troubleshooting, Production/Application Support (L1/L2)

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience supporting enterprise integrations, application support, or middleware platforms.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS integration services and production support environments.
Experience providing L1/L2 Application or Production Support.
Strong troubleshooting and incident management capabilities.
Experience supporting real-time API and batch processing integrations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
Experience working directly with business users, vendors, and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience supporting Salesforce integrations.
Knowledge of enterprise integration architectures and middleware platforms.
Experience working within Application Integration & Development (AID), Enterprise Application Support Services (EAAS), or similar integration support organizations.
Experience with ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
