Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Integration Developer to lead enterprise integration initiatives supporting Salesforce ITSM transformation programs. This role will be responsible for defining integration architecture, leading development teams, establishing integration standards, and ensuring seamless connectivity between Salesforce and enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience integrating Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce ITSM solutions with ERP systems, HR platforms, monitoring tools, identity management systems, CMDBs, asset management platforms, and other business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Strategy & Architecture

• Define enterprise integration architecture and standards for Salesforce ITSM implementations.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions.
• Lead integration discovery, assessment, and technical design workshops.
• Develop reusable integration frameworks and patterns.
• Establish API governance, security, and operational standards.

Salesforce ITSM Integration Leadership

• Lead integrations supporting:
  • Incident Management
  • Service Request Management
  • Change Management
  • Problem Management
  • Knowledge Management
  • CMDB
  • IT Asset Management
  • Service Catalog Management
• Ensure seamless data synchronization across enterprise platforms.

API & Middleware Development

• Lead design and implementation of:
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP Services
  • Event-Based Integrations
  • Real-Time Integrations
  • Batch Integrations
  • File-Based Integrations
• Oversee middleware solutions using:
  • MuleSoft
  • Boomi
  • Azure Integration Services
  • Dell Boomi
  • Informatica Cloud

Leadership & Governance

• Mentor Integration Developers and Senior Integration Developers.
• Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews.
• Drive integration testing, performance optimization, and monitoring.
• Manage technical risks and integration dependencies.

Project Delivery

• Collaborate with Salesforce Leads, Architects, Data Engineers, and Quality Analysts.
• Support solution estimations and technical planning.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of integration workstreams.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 7-10 years of IT experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in enterprise application integration.
• Experience leading Salesforce integration programs.
• Strong experience with middleware and API platforms.
