Job Title: Network Security Architect

Location: Remote with periodic onsite Fort Worth, TX

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Start Date: 10-5-2026

Visas: EAD/L2 EAD/ EAD/H1B

Job Description:

This is a senior Network Security Architect role spanning secure hybrid connectivity, advanced routing, next-gen firewall management, DNS security, and zero-trust private networking design not a firewall-admin backfill.

Must-Have

• Hands-on Palo Alto Networks and/or Azure Firewall configuration and management
• Advanced BGP/OSPF routing protocol experience in enterprise, multi-path environments
• Deep DNS architecture and security experience (DNSSEC, DNS filtering, threat prevention)
• Zero-trust private networking design experience (VNets, subnets, segmentation)
• 5+ years of network security architecture experience
• Strong cross-functional communication able to translate business needs into architecture

Nice-to-Have

• CISSP, CEH, or equivalent network security certification
• Experience in a regulated or high-availability industry
• Experience mentoring network engineering teams Cloud security architecture experience (Azure preferred)
