2. Java Modernization Expertise (JDK 8 Java 21)
Proven experience remediating deprecated APIs, handling `javax` to `jakarta` migration, JAXBJTA changes, and upgrading enterprise Java applications to Java 21GraalVM.
3. WebLogic & Middleware Migration Experience
Deep understanding of WebLogic 12c14c administration, deployment troubleshooting, JVM tuning (G1GCZGC), SSLTLS 1.3 compatibility, webservice knowledge and OCI-based deployments.
4. Integration & API Upgrade Experience
Experience upgrading and validating RESTSOAP integrations, Jersey migration (1.x2.x 3.x), SFTPSSH integrations, Quartz scheduler, MyBatis, and enterprise middleware components.
5. Enterprise Application Support & Testing Mindset
Strong regression testing, performance benchmarking, production support, and UAT bug-fix experience for mission-critical HR or financial applications in hybrid work environments.
