Oracle CX Marketing Lead
Remote

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle CX Marketing solutions.
Design and implement Oracle Eloqua and Oracle Responsys marketing automation campaigns.
Develop customer journey orchestration across email, SMS, mobile, web, and social channels.
Configure lead management, lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and campaign workflows.
Integrate Oracle CX Marketing with Oracle Sales Cloud, CRM, ERP, and third-party applications.
Build personalized customer experiences using Oracle Unity Customer Data Platform (CDP).
Manage campaign execution, performance monitoring, and optimization.
Develop dashboards and reports to measure campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and IT teams for successful project delivery.
Ensure data governance, GDPR/privacy compliance, and marketing best practices.
Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership.
