  • Must Have: Oracle Marketing platform (like B2B Eloqua, Oracle unity data platform(UDP), B2C Responsys, CDP, UBI etc., ) 

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle CX Marketing solutions.
    • Design and implement Oracle Eloqua and Oracle Responsys marketing automation campaigns.
    • Develop customer journey orchestration across email, SMS, mobile, web, and social channels.
    • Configure lead management, lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and campaign workflows.
    • Integrate Oracle CX Marketing with Oracle Sales Cloud, CRM, ERP, and third-party applications.
    • Build personalized customer experiences using Oracle Unity Customer Data Platform (CDP).
    • Manage campaign execution, performance monitoring, and optimization.
    • Develop dashboards and reports to measure campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and IT teams for successful project delivery.
    • Ensure data governance, GDPR/privacy compliance, and marketing best practices.
    • Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership.
