Summary

Oracle ERP Test Lead

W2 ROle.. NO C2C

Enterprise Test Management: Lead and govern the full testing lifecycle (SIT, UAT, regression, and parallel testing) across large-scale ERP transformation programs.
Parallel Testing & Reconciliation: Design and execute parallel testing cycles, comparing legacy and new system results while building reconciliation frameworks and managing variance thresholds.
Payroll & Financial Validation: Validate payroll, financial calculations, and business-critical transaction accuracy throughout testing activities.
Testing Governance & Quality Assurance: Establish testing governance frameworks, quality gates, execution plans, and enforce entry/exit criteria and readiness standards.
ERP Transformation & Risk Management: Drive testing strategy for complex ERP implementations involving integrations, data flows, and multiple workstreams, providing go/no-go recommendations based on testing outcomes and risk assessments.
