Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle MDM Cloud Consultant with strong functional and techno-functional expertise in Oracle Master Data Management, particularly Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM), Supplier Data Management, Product Data Hub (PDH/PIM) and related Oracle Cloud applications.
The ideal candidate should have experience working on end-to-end Oracle MDM Cloud implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, functional configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, deployment, rollout and hypercare/support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in Oracle MDM Cloud implementations and rollouts.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle MDM/Cloud solutions.
- Design functional solutions and architecture for Customer, Supplier and Product Master Data.
- Configure and support Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) and Supplier Data Management.
- Work extensively with Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH/PIM) and Product Master Data.
- Perform functional configuration of:
- Product/Item Classes
- Attributes and Attribute Groups
- Value Sets
- Product Data structures
- Customer/Supplier master data
- Data governance/business rules
- Support master data migration, conversion and cleansing activities.
- Work on inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle MDM Cloud and other enterprise applications.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC/ICS) or similar Oracle integration technologies is preferred.
- Work with Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ/EDQP) for data quality and cleansing initiatives.
- Support data import/export processes and Oracle Cloud data migration activities.
- Coordinate with technical, functional, offshore/onsite and business teams.
- Prepare functional specifications, technical documents, configuration documents and implementation documentation.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment and Go-Live/hypercare activities.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot MDM-related functional issues.
- Participate in global implementations and regional rollouts.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle MDM and Master Data Management.
Required Technical Skills
Must Have:
- Strong experience with Oracle MDM Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM).
- Strong experience with Oracle Supplier Data Management / Supplier Hub.
- Strong experience with Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH/PIM).
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud MDM.
- Experience with MDM implementation/configuration.
- Experience with master data migration and conversion.
- Experience with inbound/outbound integrations.
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts and data governance.
- Experience across the complete implementation lifecycle.
- Strong SQL knowledge.
Good to Have
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC/ICS).
- Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ/EDQP).
- Oracle E-Business Suite R12.
- PL/SQL.
- Oracle UCM.
- Experience integrating Oracle MDM Cloud with Oracle EBS/Fusion and third-party systems.
- Experience with global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
- Oracle certifications in Customer Data Management, Product Hub Cloud or Product Lifecycle Management.
