Job Title: SAP MDM Functional Consultant

Location: New Bremen, Ohio (Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract

Work Schedule:

Consultant must work onsite 2 days every other week in New Bremen, OH.
Travel expenses will be covered by the client.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP MDM Functional Consultant to support enterprise Master Data Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP MDM/MDG, business process analysis, and master data governance across multiple business domains.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements related to master data management.
Configure and support SAP MDM/MDG solutions.
Work with business stakeholders to define and improve master data governance processes.
Support data migration, data cleansing, and data quality initiatives.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement SAP master data solutions.
Perform system testing, UAT support, and production issue resolution.
Prepare functional specifications and user documentation.
Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.

Required Skills

Experience as an SAP MDM/MDG Functional Consultant.
Strong understanding of SAP Master Data Management and data governance principles.
Experience with master data domains such as Material, Customer, Vendor, or Business Partner.
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional design.
Knowledge of data migration and data quality best practices.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
SAP MDG implementation experience.
SAP functional certification is a plus.
Experience working in manufacturing or supply chain environments is preferred.
