Job Title: Staff / Principal Architect – AI Financial SaaS Platform

About the Role
Meeru AI is looking for a Staff/Principal Architect to lead the architecture and development of Maverick, our next-generation AI-powered, multi-tenant SaaS platform for financial intelligence and workflow automation. This is a greenfield opportunity to design a scalable cloud-native platform, define the technology stack, and build enterprise-grade AI solutions from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
· Architect and build a multi-tenant SaaS platform on AWS.
· Design scalable cloud-native microservices and APIs.
· Lead architecture for AI/LLM-based financial agents using LangGraph/LangChain.
· Design secure enterprise authentication (SSO/SAML, RBAC).
· Build high-performance PostgreSQL data architecture with tenant isolation.
· Lead technical decisions, mentor engineers, and review architecture/design.
· Drive CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, security, and production readiness.
· Integrate enterprise systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Workday, and other financial platforms.
Required Qualifications
· 12+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in architecture roles.
· Proven experience building enterprise multi-tenant SaaS platforms from scratch.
· Strong expertise in AWS cloud architecture and cloud-native development.
· Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, microservices, distributed systems, and REST APIs.
· Production experience with AI/LLMs, LangGraph or LangChain, and OpenAI/Anthropic APIs.
· Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform/CloudFormation, and CI/CD.
· Strong knowledge of enterprise security, SSO/SAML, OAuth2, JWT, and RBAC.
· Experience integrating ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday.
· Excellent leadership, architecture, and stakeholder communication skills.
