Position: Principal Solution Architect AI Products Location: Hybrid / Remote (US Preferred)

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Principal Solution Architect AI Products to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise AI solutions. In this role, you will work closely with customers, sales teams, and engineering teams to understand business requirements, design scalable cloud-based AI solutions, and ensure successful implementation. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer engagement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery workshops to understand business and technical requirements.
• Design scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade AI and cloud solution architectures.
• Deliver executive-level presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Prepare solution designs, Statements of Work (SOW), implementation plans, and project estimates.
• Support technical pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFI responses and customer proposals.
• Provide architectural leadership throughout project implementation and delivery.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, governance, scalability, and performance.
• Mentor technical teams and provide guidance during design and implementation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve product capabilities based on customer feedback.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive successful adoption of AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Enterprise Solution Architecture, Software Architecture, or Technology Consulting.
• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or solution consulting.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementation projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders.
• Experience designing cloud-based enterprise applications and modern software architectures.
