Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Product Owner / Project Manager to lead a complex Finance Data Hub and data technology transformation program. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of Product Ownership, Project/Program Management, Agile delivery, Finance Data, Data Governance, and executive stakeholder management experience.

This role will lead a multi-million-dollar enterprise initiative, aligning business and technology roadmaps while managing cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams from strategy through production deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years of hands-on Product Owner experience.
• Strong experience as a Technical Product Owner / Project Manager in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience managing complex Agile/Scaled Agile programs.
• Hands-on experience with PI Planning, backlog management, backlog refinement, sprint execution, and cross-team dependencies.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, Product Management, and Project Management.
• Experience delivering data engineering, data migration, data platforms/data foundations, analytics, and BI initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps.
• Strong experience in project planning, risk/issue management, resource management, budgeting, and governance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
