Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner with strong Healthcare/Healthcare IT experience to lead product strategy, roadmap development, backlog management, requirements, and delivery for large-scale technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Agile/Scrum/SAFe teams, engineering, QA, business stakeholders, and leadership while managing complex dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, delivery plans, and project schedules
• Own and prioritize product backlogs, epics, features, and user stories
• Gather and translate business and technical requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, QA, BA, vendors, and business teams
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and action items
• Track milestones, deliverables, schedules, and overall delivery progress
• Identify and escalate blockers, scope changes, and delivery risks
• Prepare status updates and presentations for executive and senior leadership
• Support organizational change management, communications, training, and rollout activities
• Coordinate technical solutions with business objectives and migration timelines
• Drive delivery of complex technology products and large-scale transformation initiatives

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience
• Strong Healthcare / Healthcare IT domain experience
• Experience as a Technical Product Owner / Product Owner / Product Manager
