# Program Manager – Cloud Migration Assessment
## Overview
We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to support enterprise clients in their cloud migration journey. This is a strategic sales-delivery hybrid role: you'll turn complex technical assessments into compelling C-suite business cases that lead to committed migration programs.
## Key Responsibilities
- Own the Executive Assessment Report (EAR) narrative, covering Executive Summary, Financial Impact, and Risk Mitigation
- Synthesize infrastructure, database, and application findings into one clear cloud strategy
- Present to CTOs, CFOs, and business leaders on TCO, CapEx/OpEx, and ROI
- Manage the assessment-to-migration conversion pipeline and resolve blockers
- Drive a 60%+ conversion rate while building customer trust
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Program Managers, and Engagement Leaders on deal structure and scope
## Required Qualifications
- 12-15 years of total experience, with 5+ years in program management
- 7+ years in enterprise tech sales, consulting, or cloud program management
- Proven track record of converting enterprise technology decisions at the C-suite level
- Strong knowledge of AWS, cloud migration patterns, and the 7Rs framework
- Expertise in TCO modeling, CapEx/OpEx framing, and ROI construction
- Strong executive deck and storytelling skills
## Preferred Qualifications
- Pre-sales or assessment experience at AWS or a cloud consultancy
- Familiarity with AWS MAP, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- FinTech, healthcare, or regulated industry background
## Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
