Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center migration and IT infrastructure transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data center technologies, infrastructure migration, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end data center migration projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Manage infrastructure migration planning, execution, and post-migration optimization.
Coordinate with application, network, security, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve migration challenges.
Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications.
Lead cross-functional teams and provide regular project status updates.
Ensure minimal business disruption and successful migration outcomes.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure/Project Management.
Proven experience leading large-scale Data Center Migration projects.
Strong knowledge of compute, storage, networking, and virtualization technologies.
Experience with cloud migration and hybrid infrastructure environments (AWS/Azure).
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Experience with risk management, disaster recovery, and infrastructure monitoring.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP certification and AWS/Azure/VMware certifications are a plus.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
