Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP ATTP Functional Consultant with 8-10 years of SAP experience to support pharmaceutical serialization, track-and-trace, and regulatory compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals (SAP ATTP), pharmaceutical supply chain processes, serialization, and integration with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA systems.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, serialization partners, and regulatory compliance teams to implement, configure, support, and optimize SAP ATTP solutions in accordance with pharmaceutical industry standards and global regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall SAP functional consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ATTP (Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals).
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical serialization, aggregation, and track-and-trace solutions.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging, distribution, and supply chain processes.
- Experience integrating SAP ATTP with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of serialization data exchange, master data management, and system-to-system integration.
- Understanding of DSCSA requirements and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance.
- Experience in functional configuration, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Strong experience with functional testing, defect management, root-cause analysis, and production support.
- Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical or life sciences clients.
- Knowledge of global serialization requirements, including EU Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD) requirements where applicable.
- Experience with serialization repositories, external serialization platforms, CMOs, and third-party logistics providers.
- Familiarity with SAP integration technologies, IDocs, APIs, middleware, and message monitoring.
- Experience with SAP Activate, Agile methodologies, or other structured SAP implementation approaches.
- Previous experience in large-scale SAP ATTP implementation, rollout, upgrade, or global template deployment projects.
