Expectation:

·       Demonstrates the ability to lead the team effectively, manage SEV calls and manage client discussions independently during EST time.

·       Takes ownership of technical activities, ensuring all tasks are tracked, managed, and driven to successful closure.

·       Capable of leading technical discussions, providing solution guidance, and engaging with stakeholders on technical matters.

·       Manages effort estimations, project planning, and prioritization of future work items. Ensures timely and quality delivery of assigned tasks while proactively mitigating risks and addressing dependencies.

·       Drives execution through effective coordination, tracking progress, and maintaining accountability across the team.

·       SAP BASIS Have strong exposure in SAP BASIS ECC 7.4 with Oracle database.

·       Operating system Oracle Linux Can lead SAP basis and security team of 5 members. Have strong customer facing experience

·       Should be able to track and plan all Incidents / Request tasks, System upgrades, PGP and SSH keys, Vulnerability remediation, System refresh and support activities SAP GRC (Security) Knowledge of SAP security concepts, roles, and authorizations.

·       Experience in SAP mobile Service setup on SAP Fiori Gateway.

·       Can manage SAP FIORI landscape ECC 7.4 with Oracle database.

·       Can manage security and Audit compliance.

Responsibilities

·       Plan, execute, and oversee the upgrade and migration of sap basis to s/4hana, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, define project scope, and develop migration strategies.

·       Perform system assessments, conduct risk analysis, and implement best practices to enhance system performance.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to sap basis and s/4hana, ensuring system reliability.

·       Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and system configurations.

·       Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams on sap basis functionality and best practices.

Skill Requirements

·       Proficiency in sap basis administration and s/4hana migration techniques.

·       Strong knowledge of sap system architecture, database management, and performance optimization.

·       Experience in managing sap basis upgrades, patches, and system installations.

·       Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to sap basis and s/4hana.

·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.

·       Project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor sap basis upgrade projects efficiently.

Certifications: SAP Certified Technology Associate SAP S/4HANA (If any).
