Primary Responsibilities

• Attention to Detail — Applies rigor when implementing bug fixes and patches to ensure changes do not introduce regressions or destabilize the application.
• Adaptability — Comfortable pivoting between reactive support tasks (incidents, patches) and proactive development work (enhancements, improvements) based on shifting priorities.
• Collaboration — Works effectively within cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, infrastructure, and project management.
• Accountability & Ownership — Takes personal responsibility for the quality and timely delivery of assigned work items within agreed SLA windows.

The role includes troubleshooting and resolving production issues, applying patches, supporting releases, and implementing approved enhancements in a structured Operations & Support environment. The developer will collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and infrastructure teams while working within an ITSM-driven support model. This hands-on position requires strong expertise in Oracle ADF and Oracle BPM, the ability to manage both production support and development activities, and a commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality application support and continuous improvement.
Modifies moderately complex software based upon software specifications and designs as directed by supervisory and senior functional and technical personnel. Uses sound software engineering principles to develop and test incremental code that is modifiable, efficient, reliable, and understandable. Provides support of application management tasks for a functional area.
