Our client is enabling the Gross to Net module within its existing Oracle EPM environment under Project Encore which is a “flagship project”, long in the making and comprises a diverse team of stakeholders finally getting mobilized. The current state user community relies on spreadsheets and Smartsheet for Gross-to-Net management; this project will consolidate that into Oracle, fully automating calculations, forecasting & accruals for projected revenue growth from $600M to $1.6B. Two System Integrator Partners are involved: Huron Consulting (current Oracle managed service provider) will own system delivery, supported by Pharocity (Gross-to-Net EPM specialist acting in an SME / advisory capacity).

The ideal candidate will have enterprise systems (ERP/EPM/SAP/Oracle) project experience with a financial background and pharmaceutical industry experience.

Although the role is remote, the candidate must be in a US-Eastern Time zone location, work 5-6 hours of overlap with GMT time zone and be flexible to travel to the client''s Philadelphia office during project discovery phase & build phase.

Brief Description:

The DEC Change Lead role is pivotal in the landscape of organizational change management within a project or program. This individual is responsible for steering the organization through the complexities of change, ensuring that it is effectively planned, implemented, and sustained over time. Their responsibilities span various domains, each critical to the seamless adoption of new processes, systems, or organizational shifts. The Change Lead must possess a mix of strategic insight, leadership qualities, empathy, and an in-depth understanding of change management principles. Reporting to xxx, this position requires a balance of strategic planning and effective communication skills. The position will play a key role in supporting change projects, developing communications, and fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment. This role would suit someone with 7-15 years of experience in change, communications or training roles.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
  • Formulate a clear vision and strategy for change that aligns with the organization''s overall objectives.
  • Ensure that key stakeholders are aligned with the change objectives, including identifying them and building advocacy for the change.
  • Conduct thorough impact assessments with all stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan.
  • Implement a two-way communication channel with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Identify skill gaps and develop training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes or systems.
  • Establish support mechanisms to assist employees during and after the transition.
  • Ensure alignment with other organizational dependencies including other projects and change initiatives.
 
  • Define clear metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the change initiatives.
  • Implement mechanisms to capture ongoing feedback from employees and stakeholders to inform continuous improvement efforts.
  • Lead and motivate the change management team, ensuring they have clear roles, responsibilities, and the support needed to succeed.
  • Work across departments to ensure a cohesive approach to change, fostering collaboration and breaking down silos.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Education
  • A bachelors or masters degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Psychology or Organizational Behavior, or equivalent 7-10 years of experience.
  • Professional Certifications in Change Management, Communications, Project Management or Agile and Lean methodologies.

Experience
  • Strong organizational awareness of the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Relevant experience in IT, training coordination, change management, or communications are highly desirable.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams through periods of transition.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to pivot to respond to feedback and challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate the vision, strategy, and details of change initiatives to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to build relationships, influence others, and negotiate effectively to overcome resistance and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Capacity to assess complex situations, identify key issues, and develop effective solutions to challenges that arise during the change process.
  • High emotional intelligence to manage one''s own emotions and understand and empathize with the emotions of others during times of change.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools that facilitate planning, tracking, and reporting on change initiatives.
  • Ability to use data analytics tools to measure the impact of change, monitor progress, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Commitment to continual learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in change management.




The estimated pay range for this position is USD $57.50/Hr - USD $67.50/Hr.
