Summary

Job Title: SAP IBP Lead

Location: Remote
Duration: 6 12 Months
Employment Type: Contract (W2 Only)

We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Lead with hands-on expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization (IO), and Order-Based Planning (OBP). The ideal candidate should have experience implementing and configuring at least two SAP IBP modules, conducting business process workshops, and integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA.

Required Skills:

3 7 years of hands-on SAP IBP experience across Demand, Supply, IO, or OBP (minimum two modules)
Strong experience configuring Planning Areas, Key Figures, Time Profiles, Attributes, and Master Data
Expertise in Demand Planning, Statistical Forecasting, Consensus Planning, and Demand Sensing
Experience with Supply Planning, Heuristics, Optimizer, Pegging, and Constraint-Based Planning
Knowledge of Inventory Optimization, Safety Stock, Multi-Echelon Inventory Planning, and Service-Level Modeling
Experience supporting Order-Based Planning (OBP) and SAP S/4HANA integration
Ability to conduct workshops, gather requirements, and design future-state planning processes
