Senior SAP ERP Cutover Lead
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Location: Hybrid (50% Travel required/2 weeks Onsite in Newark/Dover, DE)

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP consultant to lead cutover planning, deployment readiness, and go-live execution for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This individual will work across Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management, Human Resources, Data Migration, Reporting, Integration, Security, Basis, Development, Testing, and Business teams to ensure all business and technical activities are fully coordinated and successfully executed during deployment. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP implementation experience, strong business process knowledge, and a proven track record leading complex SAP cutovers and enterprise go-lives.

Ideal Candidate Should be  
A former SAP Finance Lead, Finance Architect, Program Lead, or Enterprise Transformation Consultant who has successfully led multiple SAP deployments and understands how Finance, SCM, HR, Asset Management, Data, Reporting, Security, Integration, and Operations must come together for a successful go-live.
This is a senior hands-on consulting leadership role focused on enterprise deployment readiness, cutover execution, and business continuity during SAP go-live. 
candidates with 15+ years of SAP experience, 5+ full lifecycle SAP implementations, multiple SAP go-lives/cutovers, and a strong SAP Finance background with cross-functional experience across SCM, HR, and Asset Management.

Looking to bring in a consultant who can drive, has in-depth deployment and cutover experience, and very strong SAP background with strong finance module expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the integrated cutover strategy, plan, and execution roadmap.
Lead deployment readiness assessments, mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, and Go/No-Go reviews.
Coordinate activities across all functional, technical, data, reporting, and business workstreams.
Drive management of dependencies, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
Oversee data conversion, reconciliation, business validation, and production deployment activities.
Lead command center activities during go-live and hypercare.
Provide regular status reporting and deployment readiness updates to program leadership.

Required Qualifications
15+ years of SAP consulting experience.
Minimum 5 full lifecycle SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Proven experience leading multiple SAP cutovers and production go-lives.
Strong SAP Finance background with experience in: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost and Profit Center Accounting, Financial Close and Reconciliations.
Broad understanding of:  Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Inventory, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Human Resources / SuccessFactors.
Experience coordinating large cross-functional teams including Data Migration, Reporting, Security, Integration, Basis, Development, Testing, and Business Readiness.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience working with or for a major systems integrator (SI).
Utility industry experience preferred.
SAP IS-U experience preferred.
