Description:
- This Test Support Specialist ECC 2Cloud Migration role is specifically focused on the operational management and oversight of OSS (Online Service System) tickets within an SAP project or support environment during the Dow ECC onPrem DB to Cloud Migration Project.
- The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that all outstanding OSS tickets are actively monitored, properly tracked, and resolved in a timely manner preventing tickets from remaining idle without action.
- The role serves as a central coordination point between team members, responsible parties, and escalation channels to maintain momentum and visibility across all open items
- Proactively follow up with all responsible parties (internal teams, functional consultants, technical teams, or SAP support) who are required to act on open OSS tickets
