Summary

Salesforce Administrator (nCino) Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) Position Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator with experience supporting Salesforce and preferably the nCino platform. This role will be responsible for Salesforce administration, configuration, user support, security, reporting, and business process automation while working closely with business users and technical teams.

Experience supporting Banking or Commercial Lending organizations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities Salesforce Administration

Administer and maintain Salesforce and nCino environments.
Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, and Flows.
Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security.
Support business process automation using Flow.

Reporting & Support

Develop reports and dashboards.
Manage data quality, imports, exports, and cleanup activities.
Support business users and troubleshoot Salesforce issues.
Coordinate deployments and release activities.

Business Collaboration

Gather business requirements and recommend Salesforce configuration solutions.
Support nCino Commercial Lending workflows and business processes.
Prepare documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and enhancement projects.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
Experience configuring Salesforce using declarative tools.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Security, Sharing, Roles, Profiles, and Permission Sets.
Experience creating Reports and Dashboards.
Experience with Salesforce Flow and Approval Processes.
Basic understanding of Salesforce integrations.
Experience with nCino is highly preferred.
Banking, Commercial Lending, or Financial Services experience preferred.
