Job Role: Salesforce Developer (With Health Cloud experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Strong Salesforce development experience using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
Hands-on experience designing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions and healthcare data models
Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions supporting patient/member, provider, care management, and healthcare workflows
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Health Cloud and external healthcare systems, including EHRs such as Epic, Cerner, and VistA, claims platforms, and federal data exchanges
Experience with healthcare interoperability standards including HL7 v2, FHIR R4, and X12 EDI
Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Platform Events, Bulk API, and integration patterns
Implement secure Salesforce solutions using OAuth 2.0, mTLS, JWT, role-based access, encryption, and audit logging
Experience with Salesforce data migration, data mapping, validation, and large-volume data processing
Build reusable Apex services, Lightning components, automation, and integrations following Salesforce development best practices
Participate in solution/design reviews, technical documentation, code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and production deployments
Support CI/CD, source control, release management, and automated deployment processes for Salesforce applications
Ensure solutions align with HIPAA, FedRAMP, and applicable federal security/compliance requirements
Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with architects, business analysts, QA, integration teams, and healthcare stakeholders
Familiarity with federal healthcare environments such as VA, DHA, or CMS is a plus
Salesforce Platform Developer and/or Health Cloud certifications are preferred
Ideal Profile:
Senior Salesforce Developer with strong Health Cloud, Apex/LWC, healthcare integrations, FHIR/HL7, API development, and federal healthcare/security experience who can build and support enterprise-scale healthcare solutions.
