Job Description:
* Understand the Business End to End.

* Responsible for Designing and building Applications.
* Understand the project timelines and deadlines.
* Perform impact analysis for new requirements or changes and contribute to low-level design and technical solutioning.
* Convey architectural solutions to all levels of professionals and leaders.
* Ensure Code Quality and Deliverables.
* Lead the team and deliverables -Prioritize work with stakeholders.
* Understand and follow the current Code Build and Deployment patterns across all environments.
* Perform checkouts of the code deployments before the QA starts testing.
Qualifications
Required:
* 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with a focus on Service Cloud.
* Design, develop, configure, and maintain scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
* Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
* Experience with Service Cloud capabilities including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, queues, routing, and service workflows.
* Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using appropriate integration patterns and APIs.
* Apply Salesforce security and access-control best practices, including profiles, permission sets, sharing, and role hierarchy.
* Experience with Salesforce deployment, release management, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, QA, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
* Ensure code quality, maintainability, testing, and adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
* Troubleshoot production issues and provide performance and technical recommendations.
* Mentor junior developers and contribute to Salesforce engineering best practices.
* Experience working in Agile methodologies and Scrum teams.

* Healthcare, Patient Services, patient support programs, or related healthcare domain experience.
