We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to serve as a senior technical resource and trusted advisor for Salesforce development efforts across Tennessee.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert technical guidance to Salesforce development teams
• Develop and review Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions
• Work with SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs & integrations
• Support multiple Salesforce orgs and complex architectures
• Conduct code reviews and evaluate vendor deliverables
• Troubleshoot performance, integrations, and complex technical issues
• Support release planning, testing, CI/CD, and deployment activities
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce governance, security, and coding standards

🎓 Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required or must be obtained within the established timeframe
• Public sector and multi-org Salesforce experience preferred
