Summary
- Lead and manage QA/testing activities for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
- Design and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases across functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Validate MuleSoft APIs and integrations between Salesforce and external healthcare systems.
- Perform testing on AWS-based applications and services, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
- Oversee test automation frameworks and improve test coverage using modern tools.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and data security regulations (HIPAA knowledge preferred).
- Manage defect lifecycle, reporting, and root cause analysis.
- Mentor QA team members and drive best practices in testing.
- 7+ years of experience in Software Testing/QA, with at least 2+ years in a Test Lead role.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud testing.
- Strong knowledge of MuleSoft API testing (REST/SOAP, integration validation).
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) in testing environments.
- Expertise in manual and automation testing tools (Selenium, TestNG, etc.).
- Strong understanding of API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
