Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect – Health Cloud

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect – Health Cloud to lead the technical architecture and governance of a strategic Salesforce Health Cloud implementation. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, Health Cloud data models, integrations, security, and enterprise solution design while providing technical leadership to development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee enterprise-level Salesforce Health Cloud architecture and technical solutions.

• Define scalable architecture, development standards, and technical best practices.

• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Design and govern Health Cloud data models, including Care Programs, Care Plans, Provider, Patient, and related healthcare objects.

• Establish secure application architecture, data security, and sharing models.

• Design and review integration strategies with EHR/EMR systems and external healthcare platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, HL7/FHIR, and middleware solutions.

• Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture governance sessions.

• Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams to deliver scalable solutions.

• Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect.

• Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Health Cloud.

• Deep understanding of Health Cloud data models, including:

  • Care Programs

  • Care Plans

  • Provider Data Models

  • Patient Management

  • Healthcare Objects

• Experience designing enterprise integrations with:

  • EHR/EMR Systems

  • HL7/FHIR Standards

  • REST APIs

  • SOAP APIs

  • Middleware platforms (MuleSoft or similar preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integration Patterns, Security Model, and Sharing Rules.

• Experience conducting architecture reviews, defining governance, and establishing development standards.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
