Salesforce Health Cloud PM & Architect-Salesforce Health Cloud(W2 only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand healthcare workflows, business requirements, and technical objectives.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define application architecture, data models, security models, and integration strategies.
• Architect integrations with healthcare systems including EHR/EMR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner), payer systems, and third-party applications using APIs, MuleSoft, HL7, and FHIR standards.
• Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, administrators, and business analysts throughout project delivery.
• Conduct architecture reviews, solution design workshops, and technical governance sessions.
• Ensure solutions adhere to HIPAA, healthcare compliance, and Salesforce best practices.
• Support estimation, solution planning, and technical proposal development during pre-sales engagements.
• Guide deployment strategies, release management, and post-production support.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in a Solution Architect or Technical Architect role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
