Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Appian Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Appian BPM, application development, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations.

The ideal candidate should have experience designing, developing, and supporting scalable Appian applications, preferably within the healthcare or health insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Appian BPM.

• Build and customize SAIL interfaces, process models, records, and business rules.

• Develop workflow automation solutions and integrate Appian with external systems.

• Implement REST/SOAP API integrations and database connectivity.

• Develop and optimize Appian data models, record types, and query logic.

• Troubleshoot application issues, improve performance, and support production environments.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and Agile development activities.

Good to Have

• Healthcare / Health Insurance domain experience.

• Experience with healthcare claims, enrollment, or member management applications.

• Appian certifications.

• Experience with Appian RPA or advanced automation capabilities.

• Experience with CI/CD and enterprise application deployment.
