Summary

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior BI Analyst to develop healthcare analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions that improve patient outcomes and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop BI reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Build SQL-based reporting solutions.
Develop reports using Epic Reporting Workbench, Radar, QlikView, Business Objects, and Microsoft BI Stack.
Partner with business users, vendors, and leadership.
Create user documentation and training materials.
Follow Agile methodology and documentation standards.

Required Skills

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of Business Intelligence/Data Analytics experience.
Strong SQL skills.
Healthcare analytics/reporting experience.
Experience with Epic Reporting Workbench, Radar, QlikView, Business Objects, Microsoft BI Stack.
Epic Billing or EpicCare Data Model Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).
