Job Summary:
The Sr. Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in our BI team, leveraging their extensive experience and expertise to drive data-driven decision-making. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a consultant mindset. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business analysis, particularly in BI and data visualization projects, and will be responsible for creating wireframes, mockups, specifications, and requirements documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage BI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Gather, review, and document requirements from stakeholders, ensuring clarity and completeness.
Create wireframes, mockups, specifications, and requirements documents to guide development efforts.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, effectively communicating complex information.
Utilize PowerBI to build reports, wireframe mockups, and validate data.
Conduct data analysis and validation using SQL and other data visualization tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Apply industry knowledge in supply chain, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or industrial sectors to inform project decisions.
Provide strategic insights and problem-solving expertise to drive project success.
Maintain a balance between business and IT perspectives, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on BI and data visualization projects.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Technical knowledge of PowerBI, data visualization, and SQL.
Proven experience in creating wireframes, mockups, specifications, and requirements documents.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a consultant mindset.
