State client project 

Mandatory & Desirable Knowledge and/or Skills 

Mandatory: 

·       Bachelor's degree in either Computer Science/Information Technology and 7+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience developing applications 

·       5+ years of experience developing async Soap and Restful APIs and connecting APIs to applications 

·       5+ years of experience with SQL Server and T-SQL 

·       5+ years of experience testing integrations 

·       4+ years of developing data migration approaches and leading related activities 

·       4+ years of experience developing data schemas for legacy systems and mapping data from legacy systems to SQL databases 

·       4+ years using Azure functions for data migrations 

·       3+ years of experience using SSIS for data migrations 

·       3+ years using DevOps with CI/CD Pipelines 

·       3+ years REST API testing 

·       Experience deploying Azure resources with Bicep Scripts 

·       Programming experience using .NET MVC framework (ASP.NET, C#) 

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Desirable: 

·       Proven track record of organizing and managing complex data projects from planning through execution 

·       Willingness to write and execute manual test cases 

·       Experience developing and executing automated browser tests 

·       Experience using Git based source control 

·       Developing applications using JavaScript 

·       Cloud certifications 

·       Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 

·       Excellent documentation and organizational skill
