(Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite) Philadelphia, PA 19103

Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Application Developer with 5+ years of full stack development experience to lead and support multiple enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Angular/React, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), along with experience leading development teams and driving application enhancements.

Key Skills:

Java, Spring Boot
RESTful APIs & Web Services
Angular and/or React
Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
AI tools/technologies (Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.)
SQL & Relational Databases
CI/CD, SDLC, Agile
Application Integrations & Data Extraction
Team Leadership (10-15 onshore/offshore resources)

Preferred:

Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
Appian or Workflow Platforms
Genesys/IVR exposure
Healthcare/Insurance domain experience

Responsibilities:

Lead 2-3 enterprise applications simultaneously
Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based applications and APIs
Drive new enhancements (70%) and application support/maintenance (30%)
Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure best practices
Collaborate with business, architecture, and DevOps teams
