Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Senior Product Manager for our Dice team, located in multiple locations. Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to guide product development.
Support the product lifecycle, from ideation through launch, ensuring products meet customer needs and quality standards.
Engage in teamwork and cooperation with various departments to facilitate effective product support and enhancements.

Qualifications (Skills/Competencies) :

Strong foundational knowledge in Product Management principles and practices.
Proficient in creating and understanding Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams, exhibiting strong directiveness and cooperation skills.
Excellent planning and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
