Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant / Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of our Salesforce ecosystem. This role combines hands-on Salesforce development with technical leadership responsibilities, partnering with business stakeholders and leading a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, integrations, and enterprise solution delivery, while driving business transformation initiatives across customer lifecycle management, quote-to-cash, customer portals, contract management, and enterprise integrations with HubSpot, NetSuite, DocuSign, Conga, SharePoint, xFilesPro, AWS, and other business systems.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Salesforce implementation and development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading Salesforce development teams or technical projects.
- Strong expertise in:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Apex Development
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flow
- Salesforce Security Model
- Experience implementing and supporting Salesforce integrations with:
- HubSpot
- NetSuite ERP
- DocuSign
- Conga
- SharePoint
- AWS
- Strong understanding of:
- Salesforce APIs
- REST/SOAP Web Services
- Platform Events
- Integration Patterns
- Data Migration
- Experience supporting quote-to-cash and customer lifecycle management processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Ability to balance strategic consulting with hands-on technical development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce Agent force and AI capabilities.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Git, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
- Experience with CI/CD deployment frameworks.
- Experience in Waste Management, Environmental Services, Recycling, Logistics, Transportation, Utilities, Manufacturing, or Industrial Services industries.
