Senior Siebel Developer / Technical Lead

This is a Contract opportunity supporting a large-scale, public-sector-facing enterprise CRM program built on Oracle Siebel (IP18+), with heavy involvement in Open UI customization and EAI integrations (SOAP/XML, REST, JSON). The #1 draw here is ownership: this isn't a back-office configuration seat - it's a technical leadership role where you'll be the go-to Siebel authority on a marquee account, setting technical dir
