Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Specialist – IT Architect to design, develop, and oversee scalable and secure IT architecture solutions. The role will work closely with business and technology teams to define technical strategies, architecture standards, and solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise-level IT architecture and technical solutions.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable architecture.
Define architecture standards, principles, and technology roadmaps.
Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or modernization opportunities.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
Ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
Review technical designs and provide guidance to development and engineering teams.
Identify technology risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
Evaluate new technologies, tools, and platforms for potential business use.
Prepare and maintain architecture documents, diagrams, and technical specifications.
Support solution implementation and ensure alignment with defined architecture standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IT teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and IT infrastructure.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Good understanding of APIs, databases, integration, networking, and security concepts.
Knowledge of modern application architectures such as microservices, distributed systems, and containerization is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
