People Systems Program Manager(contract):
The People Systems Program Manager will oversee the implementation of UKG people systems, ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish. This role involves collaborating with teams, stakeholders, and vendors, acting as the primary liaison between the company and the implementation partner. Responsibilities include leading project teams, managing budgets, tracking milestones, and ensuring compliance with company policies. By fostering strong relationships and clear communication, the Program Manager will ensure the project is completed on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.
What You’ll Do:
· Coordinate and Manage HRIS Implementation: Oversee the successful implementation of UKG modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Workforce Analytics.
· Lead Project Delivery: Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, ensuring successful project delivery.
· Develop and Track Plans: Collaborate with leaders and the implementation partner to develop project plans, set goals, budgets, and schedules, and track milestones to ensure alignment and adherence.
· Foster Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
· Provide Leadership: Coach and lead project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
· Communicate Effectively: Serve as the primary liaison between the company and implementation partners, providing regular status updates on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
· Identify and Mitigate Risks: Implement proactive measures to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
· Ensure Compliance: Ensure project activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
· Participate in Governance: Engage in Project Leadership and Steering Committee meetings, contributing to the development and sustainability of Project Management best practices, templates, policies, and tools.
· Manage Vendor Relations: Oversee vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring deliverables meet project requirements and company standards.
· Earn the trust of Team Members and Managers by consistently embracing CAVA’s values.
The Qualifications:
· 8+ years of project management experience, including HRIS implementations with UKG.
· Proven success managing multiple concurrent projects, utilizing project management skills, principles, theories, and concepts.
· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with advanced Microsoft skills.
· Experience with various UKG modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Workforce Analytics).
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and task completion.
· Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach and lead others.
· Exceptional organizational, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with adaptability to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
· Experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts, with a strong customer service orientation and commitment to the company''s best interests.
· Accountable for the overall delivery of highly complex, cross-functional programs and projects, including scope, schedule, and communication management.
· Participate in the development and sustainability of Project Management, QA and in Project Leadership/Steering Committee meetings.
· Anticipate obstacles and plan for contingencies, translating issues into process improvement solutions.
· Provide clear rationale for designs and strategies in a compelling, context-appropriate manner to diverse audiences.
