Overview

TalentFish is casting a line for a Senior UKG / Workday Integration Program Manager. This is a 6-month remote contract engagement for our premier healthcare client. Onsite visitation will be required in Chicago, IL for approximately 2-weeks during Go-Live. Our client is implementing Workday and requires an experienced UKG Portfolio Manager to support the implementation.

What We Are Looking For

• The ideal candidate will have extensive UKG experience, specifically UKG to Workday projects.
• Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of recent experience in clinical Healthcare Services environments such as hospitals or clinics.
• Qualified candidates must be able to travel to Chicago, IL for Go-Live event and to be compliant with healthcare industry s onsite requirements.

What You Will Bring

Expertise

• Deep understanding of UKG Pro, Workforce Management (WFM), and UKG Dimensions.
• Working knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, and Benefits.
• Strong understanding of Workday integration frameworks, including Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and APIs.
• Experience designing and supporting HCM-to-payroll and workforce management integrations.
• Knowledge of employee master data, organizational structures, security models, and HR data governance.

Program & Portfolio Management

• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional HR technology programs spanning HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations.
• Ability to develop, oversee, and manage integrated project plans across multiple workstreams.
• Experience establishing portfolio governance, prioritization frameworks, and executive reporting.
• Demonstrated success identifying, tracking, and mitigating dependencies across Workday and UKG initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership.

Integration & Data Management

• Expertise in data mapping, data conversion, reconciliation, and validation processes.
• Experience overseeing inbound and outbound interface design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of integration testing strategies, including end-to-end, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Ability to lead data quality, data governance, and data integrity initiatives throughout implementation and post-production support.
• Familiarity with enterprise middleware and integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, and Workday Integration Cloud.

Compensation and Employment
The expected hourly rate for this position will market range of approx. $75 - $110 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
