Job Title: Senior UKG TeleStaff Solution Consultant (Contract)

Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced UKG TeleStaff Solution Consultant to provide expert advisory services for an ongoing UKG TeleStaff implementation. This senior consultant will serve as the subject matter expert (SME), guiding solution design, validating configurations, recommending industry best practices, and helping ensure a successful deployment supporting workforce scheduling, overtime management, callout processes, and 24x7 workforce operations.
The consultant will partner with Operations, HR, Payroll, IT, Security, and the implementation partner to review solution design, identify implementation risks, and provide strategic guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Workforce Management implementation experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on UKG TeleStaff implementation experience.
- Multiple successful UKG TeleStaff implementations from requirements through production go-live.
- Strong expertise in:
- Workforce scheduling
- Overtime equalization
- Callout management
- Staffing and bid management
- 24x7 operational environments
- Experience integrating UKG TeleStaff with payroll and timekeeping systems.
- Experience facilitating requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and consulting skills.
- Ability to work effectively with executive leadership, Operations, HR, Payroll, IT, and implementation partners.
