Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Total Rewards Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Compensation, Benefits, and HCM. The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered multiple end-to-end Workday implementations and possess strong functional configuration, integration, reporting, testing, and stakeholder management experience.

The consultant will work closely with HR, Total Rewards, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to design, configure, implement, and optimize Workday solutions supporting global compensation and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Workday Compensation and Benefits implementations, enhancements, and ongoing optimization.
• Perform hands-on configuration of Workday Compensation, Benefits, eligibility rules, compensation plans, packages, and related business processes.
• Participate in multiple end-to-end Workday implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Support global and multi-country compensation and benefits programs with consideration for regional requirements and business practices.
• Design and support integrations between Workday and Payroll systems, benefits carriers, and third-party vendors.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, analytics, and operational reporting.
• Support compensation planning, pay equity analysis, salary benchmarking, and compensation review processes.
• Participate in unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and production validation.
• Collaborate with HR, Total Rewards, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective Workday solutions.
• Provide consulting and functional guidance on Workday best practices and solution design.
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend improvements to Workday Compensation and Benefits processes.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration specifications, test scenarios, and training materials.
• Support system releases, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, with strong specialization in Compensation and Benefits.
• Experience with multiple end-to-end Workday implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring:
  • Workday Compensation
  • Workday Benefits
  • Workday HCM
  • Compensation plans and processes
  • Benefits eligibility and related business processes
• Workday Compensation, Benefits, and HCM certifications are required.
• Experience supporting global/multi-country Compensation and Benefits programs.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integrations involving:
  • Payroll
  • Benefits carriers
  • Third-party vendors
  • External HR systems
• Strong experience with Workday Reporting, Dashboards, and Analytics.
• Knowledge of compensation planning, pay equity, salary benchmarking, and Total Rewards processes.
• Strong experience with Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and consulting skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
