  • Support data conversion, integration coordination, and end-to-end testing cycles from legacy ERP platforms
  • Act as an escalation point for complex functional issues and perform root-cause analysis
  • Develop documentation: solution designs, configuration decisions, and process flows

  • Support governance, change control, and release/feature adoption assessment
Target Skill Profiles (one or more of the following)
  • Workday Financials: Core Financials/GL, Accounting Center, Banking & Settlement, Expenses, Customer/Supplier Accounts, Projects, Budgets
  • Workday Supply Chain Management: Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Inventory, Receiving, Supplier Management - healthcare supply chain experience strongly preferred
  • Adaptive Planning and Prism/reporting skills a plus
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Workday experience with at least 2 full-lifecycle Financials and/or SCM implementations (healthcare provider environment strongly preferred)
  • Advanced multi-module configuration experience; EIB, business process framework, and reporting proficiency
  • Experience working alongside large SI teams and transitioning ownership to client teams post-go-live

  • Strong communication skills; comfortable mentoring junior client analysts
  • Workday certification / Workday Pro preferred
