Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Architect – FNT to Sunbird Migration
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the architecture, integration, and implementation of an FNT-to-Sunbird DCIM migration leveraging ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement ServiceNow architecture, including CMDB, ITOM, and ITSM.
Lead FNT-to-Sunbird migration, data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation.
Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
Create technical architecture documents, migration plans, and implementation roadmaps.
Manage technical governance, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and deployment readiness.
Required Skills:
8+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow architecture expertise.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, and integrations.
Experience with FNT and Sunbird DCIM, preferably in migration and implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with data center infrastructure, asset inventory, rack management, power, and connectivity.
Strong technical leadership and documentation skills.
Preferred: ServiceNow CTA, CAA, CSA, or relevant CIS certifications.
