Required skills

  • Strong knowledge and experiencing
  • managing/developing a large scale ServiceNow environment
  • ITSM concepts and Framework
  • Server API Development
  • Powershell

Required Education:

A bachelor's degree in communications,business administration, computer science,

Management of information science, or relatedfield, and two years of hands-on experience

with implementing Information TechnologyInfrastructure Library (ITIL),

OR an associatedegree in communications, businessadministration, computer science, management

information science or a related field and fouryears of hands-on experience withimplementing ITIL.

Additional Skills:

  • Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate and gather technical requirements from customers.
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with staff, users, management, vendors and other officials
