Job Description: Seeking a senior ServiceNow expert to design, implement, and maintain large-scale ServiceNow environments. The role focuses on ITSM optimization, multi-cloud governance, and high-impact integrations, with mentorship for junior engineers. You will manage Dev/Test/Prod environments, implement automation, and drive knowledge transfer across the team.

Five most important technical skills:

  • Large-scale ServiceNow design, administration, and development across Dev/Test/Prod environments
  • ITSM concepts, frameworks, and best practices
  • Server/API development and integrations (3rd-party and cloud)
  • PowerShell scripting for automation and tooling
  • Cloud integration and governance with a focus on multi-cloud provisioning and workflow optimization

Additional details:

  • Onsite/hybrid in Columbia, SC; full relocation/onsite travel as needed with costs covered by resource
  • Strong collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Mentoring for Software Engineers and Associate Software Engineers
