Position: Systems Software Programmer Project Lead

Job Description: Seeking a seasoned Systems Software Programmer Project Lead to implement and optimize Power BI and OnBase solutions within a secure, multi-layer environment. You'll lead development, ensure data integrity, manage deployments across Dev/QA/Prod, and mentor junior developers. Requires strong SDLC expertise, on-call readiness, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable server and reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities (condensed):
- Lead design, development, and deployment of Power BI and OnBase content, models, workflows, and reports
- Analyze, code, debug, and document system changes; create and approve system specifications
- Configure, test, and migrate applications across environments; follow secure coding and CI/CD practices
- Maintain server stability, performance, and data integrity with on-call responsibilities
- Mentor peers, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and drive process improvements
Must-Have Skills (top 5):
- 10+ years software development across full SDLC
- 5+ years Power BI and 5+ years OnBase experience
- 5+ years HTML, JQuery, JScript, VB development
- 5+ years Agile methodology; strong SQL and SSIS
- Government sector experience preferred; exceptional collaboration and customer-facing skills
Nice-to-Have:
- EDMS fundamentals, cloud-based solutions, relevant certifications (Microsoft, Power Platform, PM)
