Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to partner with business leaders, process owners, project/program teams, and technology stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze complex problems, and translate requirements into actionable technology and business solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, solution design, stakeholder management, and IT project delivery. Experience with data analysis, data architecture, and Power BI is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
• Lead discovery and analysis activities to define business problems, desired outcomes, success measures, and potential solutions.
• Conduct current-state and future-state process analysis to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and improved performance.
• Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize detailed business and technical requirements.
• Develop BRDs, functional requirements, process maps, workflows, user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate, design, and support implementation of solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Serve as a liaison between business, technology, and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Project and Program Managers throughout the initiative lifecycle.
• Assess impacts and dependencies across people, processes, and systems.
• Support communication, training, and documentation for successful solution adoption.
• Develop and deliver presentations to senior management.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior Business Analysts and team members.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, consulting, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading complex IT projects and implementing business solutions.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of business process re-engineering, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and work independently.
