Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IBM BAW Techno-Functional / Developer with strong hands-on experience in IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and IBM BPM. The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical development and functional/process knowledge, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Required Skills
Strong experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)
Hands-on experience with IBM BPM / Business Process Manager
Experience developing process applications and workflows
Strong knowledge of BPMN, Process Designer, and workflow development
Experience with Coach / UI development
Strong JavaScript skills
Experience with REST APIs and integrations
Knowledge of Java/J2EE
Experience with BAW deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and debugging
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Strong understanding of workflow and business process automation
Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and maintain IBM BAW workflow applications
Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into BAW solutions
Develop process applications, workflows, user interfaces, and integrations
Configure and customize BAW components based on business requirements
Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs and Java
Troubleshoot application and workflow issues
Participate in testing, deployment, and production support
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and QA teams
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the application lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of overall IT experience
4+ years of hands-on IBM BAW / IBM BPM experience
Experience in banking/financial services is a plus
Experience with DB2 or relational databases
Experience with WebSphere or related IBM middleware technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
